This seminar will introduce the concept of power system resilience. It will start by reviewing existing reliability-driven network planning and operation standards, highlighting their limitations for resilience applications. It will then provide qualitative and quantitative frameworks for understanding, measuring and enhancing power system resilience, sharing experiences and applications from EU and international projects.
