On Tuesday November 18, 2014 the seventh edition of the Micro Electronics Symposium will take place. This edition will talk about Flexible Electronics, a topic which is gaining attention thanks to the surge of smart, wearable devices. The event is organised by the IEEE Student Branch Leuven and the Leuven SSCS Chapter.
Everyone can attend this symposium for free, but we ask to register online if you would like a printed copy of the presentation slides.

Wednesday August 20 2014, the Industry Applications Society (IAS) President will visit the electrical engineering department of the university of Leuven. Therefore, a series of lectures is organized, with the opportunity to ask questions.

On the 17th of June, our red devils will come in action for the first time at the world cup against Algeria. Please be welcome to enjoy the match and help to support our national team to the victory at 18h in ESAT (00.62)!
The department pays for the drinks and IEEE offers free cava every time the Belgium team scores. You can also guess in which minute our devils will make their first goal of the tournament and win a special prize!
